Delivery

Our delivery service is worldwide. And most importantly we pack them very carefully to ensure you receive everything in perfect condition. All items are tracked and insured in case of loss or damage.

Step One: Processing 

 

Processing time of orders is usually 2-4 working days because we try to pack everything and file all customs and insurance information with the highest care. Larger orders or canvas paintings may take a little longer as they require more intricate packing.

Step Two: Dispatch 

 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automated email providing you with tracking information and updates as they occur. Depending on your inbox settings these may land in your ''Spam'' or ''Promotional'' inbox.

Step Three: Delivery Day!

 

Keep an eye on the tracking information provided. You can refer to the ''Services Time'' section below to get an idea of how long it takes. In case delivery is attempted when you're out and no card has been left, couriers hold your order for 7-14 days (depending on the service used) to be collected or schedule redeliverey at your convenience. If this is missed the order is returned to us.

Unusual Delay?

 

Unusual delays may occur during holidays, postal service disruptions or if a parcel is examined by local customs. These events are out of our control. 

 

Please refer to our ''Services Time'' section above to see an estimated delivery times and when order is considered lost and you should contact us. This is usually 3 weeks after delivery is due for international parcels and 2 weeks for domestic. There is a time limit for insurance claims which varies with different postal services.

In case of lost order we do offer refund and exchange with a something special added to try and make it up to you. 

                 

Order Modifications

If you need to modify an existing order prior to it's shipment, please contact us immediately trough our contact form. Be sure to provide your order number, the correct shipping address, and include the changes that need to be made.
